Our superior pH regulators, pH Up and pH Down, allow you to adjust the pH of your growing media. This allows you to regulate the pH for optimal nutrient uptake and stable conditions for the beneficial microbes living in the root zone. When the pH of the nutrient solution remains at the “sweet spot” (pH 5.5-6.5), there are enough essential elements for the roots of the plants to achieve maximum yields and abundant harvests.

All Emerald Harvest base nutrients and top supplements are pH buffered, so if you use our full line of products, you probably won’t need to adjust the pH of your nutrient solution. However, when growing in certain media, such as rockwool or coco fibre, you may want to adjust the pH.
